Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales/guest service/management preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests; promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Oversee POS transactions, returns, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates; ensure onboarding prior to shifts.
• Schedule staff to meet guest service goals and labor needs.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory control; protect assets.
