Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/merchandising preferred, if available.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales performance.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Oversee POS transactions, deposits, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop store associates; ensure onboarding and training.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily and store standards are maintained.
