Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Illinois is seeking an experienced Senior Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple gaming cafes. You will lead shifts, mentor teams, and ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attendance at trainings, scheduling, inventory control, and daily financial tasks while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous management and customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable form of transportation required.
• Able to use a touch‑sensitive POS system.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to attend meetings and trainings as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during each scheduled shift.
• Act as resource and mentor for employees on shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Document guest activity and records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across cafe, gaming areas, restrooms and common spaces.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips; run weekly deposits.
