Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior Multi-Unit Manager to oversee gaming cafe operations across locations. You will lead a team during shifts, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and maintain compliance with safety and health standards.

You will document activities, manage inventories, and handle cash-related tasks while fostering a positive work environment and clear communication among staff and managers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous management and customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and carry 15 pounds.
• Active floor presence for extended periods.
• Knowledge of service environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during each scheduled shift and supervise staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Document guest activity and maintain records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across café, gaming, and common areas.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips; run weekly deposits.
• Schedule interviews and write bi-weekly staff schedules; manage changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, health rules.
