Palm Beach Tan & Wellness is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple salon locations in the St. Louis area. This role focuses on coaching teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the district.

The ideal candidate will partner with Salon Directors to grow earnings, develop talent, and implement operational excellence while balancing people, operations, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, staffing, payroll, inventory, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth, retail sales, wellness utilization, and profitability.
• Manage store visits and coach teams to improve results.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Salon Directors and future leaders.
• Monitor payroll, inventory, and controllable expenses with analytics.
