Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC, the parent company of Orangetheory, is seeking a Director of Corporate Owned Studios to lead the Corporate Studio portfolio. You will drive performance, profitability, member experience, fitness execution, and talent development across multiple corporate locations.

The role leads Regional Directors and studio leadership, refining rhythms and processes, while driving change, growth, and a best-in-class member experience across the Orangetheory network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading leaders in regional/divisional roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Corporate Studio portfolio and develop leadership teams.
• Refine operating rhythms, scorecards, and performance management processes.
• Own portfolio-wide P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue expansion; improve sales execution.
• Lead coaching development to ensure Orangetheory standards across studios.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and optimize unit economics.
