Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-unit retail operations leadership.
• Experience in hardware/home improvement retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across all retail and operational functions.
• Own operational strategy and execution across a multi-unit retail organization.
• Develop operating plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance objectives aligned with growth goals.
• Partner with CEO and executive team on strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
• Lead store operations, staffing, customer service, sales execution and productivity.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory, distribution, and vendor relationships.
