Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for a multi-unit Washington, DC campus account. This is a contingent, potential sale opportunity based on contract award, with responsibilities centered on leading teams, prioritizing work, and driving customer satisfaction.

You will manage people, set direction, deploy resources, and influence across the organization to drive performance and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 3 years.
• Related experience: 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations to deliver smooth customer experiences.
• Coach and develop frontline staff and supervisors for operational excellence.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure POS accuracy.
• Partner with vendors to ensure product flow and compliance.
• Oversee merchandising and displays to maintain freshness and engagement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment and uphold safety standards.
