Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for a multi-unit Washington, DC campus account. This is a contingent role based on the awarding of an account contract and will place you at the center of on-site retail operations, where your ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success.

You will coach frontline staff and supervisors, manage cash handling and POS systems, and partner with vendors to ensure product flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years related experience.

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping both team performance and customer experience.Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization.
