Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years management experience.
• 4-5 years related experience in food service or similar operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-unit operations with focus on quality, service, and compliance.
• Advanced financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, multi-site food service operations ensuring quality, service and compliance.
• Lead teams, set direction, and deploy resources; manage performance evaluations and hiring decisions as needed.
• Own and drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Develop strong client partnerships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
