Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for a multi-unit Washington, DC campus account. This is a contingent, potential sale opportunity based on contract award, with responsibilities centered on leading teams, prioritizing work, and driving customer satisfaction.

You will manage people, set direction, deploy resources, and influence across the organization to drive performance and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to operations.

This is a Potential Sale Opportunity, and a contingent role based off the awarding of an account contract.

About the job

This role puts you at the center of retail operations, where your ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive customer satisfaction will be key to success. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping both team performance and customer experience.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
