Amtel Wireless | Metro by T-Mobile at Montgomergy is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Retail Manager who can lead multiple store locations, coach Store Managers, and drive sales while fostering a positive team culture.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, motivate teams to hit targets, and ensure excellent customer experiences across locations. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel between stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees.
• Motivate teams to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meeting standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and promote outstanding service.
• Build strong relationships and drive teamwork and accountability.
