JM Wireless LLC in Pittsburg, CA, is seeking a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager to lead multiple Metro by T-Mobile stores and inspire a high-energy team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee operations, recruiting, training, and coaching, drive sales, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with senior leaders to grow the business while building a vibrant, customer-first store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of management experience in retail sales.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
• Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience.
• Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
• Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
• Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget.
• Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
