Job summary

Amtel Wireless is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Retail Manager to oversee 3+ Metro by T-Mobile locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, drive sales across locations, and ensure operations meet standards while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations and, if needed, work evenings/weekends/holidays.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success.

• Support Store Operations: Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meeting company standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
