Amtel Wireless is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Retail Manager to lead three or more Metro by T-Mobile locations, coaching store managers and their teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees, drive sales, and maintain a high standard of store operations while traveling between locations as needed. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
