Job summary

Amtel Wireless | Metro by T-Mobile Kentwood is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Retail Manager to lead three or more locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to hit sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive, fast-paced work environment and a culture of teamwork and accountability. Amtel Wireless offers competitive pay with bonuses and incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.

Average Total Earnings: $60,000-75,000 (Including Bonuses & Incentives)

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success.

• Support Store Operations: Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meeting company standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
