Job summary

Amtel Wireless, in partnership with Metro by T-Mobile, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a store team and deliver superior customer experiences while meeting sales targets in a dynamic environment.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, coordinate promotions, recruit top talent, and drive community engagement through events and social channels to boost brand loyalty and performance.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
