You will drive annual sales growth, supervise Store Managers, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with HR policies while maintaining asset protection and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years retail management experience with multi-unit P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management experience or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture aligned with Dollar General’s brand and store excellence.
• Ensure consistent HR policies and practices across the district.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through engaging store environments.
• Achieve annual sales growth targets via strong operations and efficient processes.
• Maintain superior visual merchandising, product management and signing/pricing.
• Plan and execute Company objectives across stores within the district.
• Maximize performance and productivity through effective scheduling and staffing.
• Develop Store Managers through recruitment, selection and training.
• Protect Company assets with loss prevention and expense controls.
• Identify opportunities for district growth including real estate site selection and market initiatives.
