• Four+ years retail management with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-unit operations in retail.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience.

• Maximize performance through store scheduling and staff development.
• Recruit, select and train Store Managers and team members.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention and cost control.
• Identify new business opportunities within operations (distribution, merchandising, growth, real estate, recruiting, training, customer experience).
• Communicate Company priorities to store teams consistently.
• Develop Store Managers to ensure clean, organized stores.
• Support recognition programs creating a fun, rewarding environment.
