Responsibilities

• Oversee profit and loss of assigned district within company objectives.
• Foster brand culture and ensure consistent HR policies.
• Drive annual sales growth through operations and flow improvements.
• Lead visual merchandising, product management and pricing execution.
• Plan and execute company objectives; manage scheduling and productivity.
• Develop Store Managers through recruitment, training and coaching.
• Protect assets via loss prevention and expense controls.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in operations and real estate.
• Communicate priorities to store teams and maintain strong teamwork.
• Train to create strong merchandising and product placements.
• Utilize technology to keep teams informed of tasks and priorities.
