Amtel Wireless is hiring a Multi-Unit Retail Manager to lead several Metro by T-Mobile locations. You will coach store managers, hire and develop staff, and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires a hands-on, positive leader who can manage operations across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience, 1+ years preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
• Results‑driven with ability to motivate teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee 3+ retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success.
• Build Great Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees.
• Drive Results: Motivate your teams to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Support Store Operations: Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meet standards.
