Amtel Wireless is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Retail Manager to oversee three or more Metro by T-Mobile locations in Louisiana. You will coach Store Managers, recruit and develop teams, and drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Oversee 3 or more retail locations, coaching Store Managers and their teams to success.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees.
• Motivate teams to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meet company standards.
• Help resolve customer concerns and promote outstanding service.
