• Oversee 3+ retail locations and coach Store Managers and teams to success.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff across locations.
• Motivate teams to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure stores are staffed, organized, and meet company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and promote outstanding service.
• Build relationships and foster teamwork and accountability.
