Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a District Manager to plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, with full profit and loss responsibility and alignment to company objectives and policies. You will drive area sales growth, ensure consistent execution, and develop store teams across multiple units.

The role requires leadership across store teams, financial oversight, and the ability to optimize inventory, staffing, and customer service while traveling weekly in a company

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• “Big-box” retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.
