Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a District Manager to lead in-store execution across multiple locations, driving sales, staffing, and customer experience. This role requires strong client relations, hiring and coaching capabilities, and the ability to manage both full- and part-time retail reps.

You will collaborate with field leadership, deliver project launches, and provide regular performance reports. Travel to stores nationwide is expected to support program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 3–5 years of training, sales, account management or related experience; 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Multi-unit specialty retail management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Travel required – 60%–75% to assigned stores; out-of-state travel as well.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of in-store execution within assigned market, including staffing, scheduling, call report compliance, sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and program leadership.
• Delivers sales productivity and guest experience through coaching and performance management.
• Leads hiring, training, and performance management of market employees; collaborates with HR on terminations.
• Provides regular reports to program leadership and participates in leadership meetings.
• Ensures all employees in market are fully trained and that kiosk performance trends are analyzed for improvements.
