The role requires 3-5 years of leadership in retail, multi-unit management experience, and a track record in recruiting and mentoring top talent. Flexible to work nights and weekends, with competitive base+bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience (preferably in cell phone or consumer electronics)
• Multi-unit management experience spanning multiple locations
• Strong recruiter and mentor with a passion for developing top talent
• Proven track record of training and performance management
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support your team
