Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee restaurant operations, financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing across locations. You will drive performance with the director of operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop staff while maintaining company standards.

You will manage P&L, control costs, schedule staff, and collaborate with local community partners to increase sales and ensure consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-unit restaurants and P&L.
• Strong time management and communication with directors and managers.
• Ability to develop staff and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all areas of multi-unit restaurants and makes final decisions on matters of importance.
• Time management and communication with the Director of Operations and managers daily.
• Ensures that PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Responsible for development and achievement of the restaurant's game plan with the Director of Operations.
• Ensures guest service meets company standards.
• Addresses customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• collaborates with local chamber and schools to increase restaurant sales.
• Trains GM or store Manager to staff, train and develop assistants and hourly employees through orientations and feedback, and conducts performance reviews.
• Manages staffing for all day parts and sales volumes.
