• Ensures PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Develops and achieves the restaurant's game plan in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
• Maintains guest service standards and handles customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Issues performance feedback and conducts reviews to staff and managers.
• Manages staffing to ensure proper coverage for all day parts and volumes.
• Monitors COGS, labor, and controllables to optimize profit and efficiency.
