Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of multi-unit restaurants and make final decisions on important matters.
• Communicate with the Director of Operations and managers daily.
• Ensure PRIDE systems and routines are followed in day-to-day operations.
• Develop and execute the location's game plan with the Director of Operations.
• Ensure guest service meets company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with local chambers and schools to boost restaurant sales.
• Train GM and staff through orientations, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Ensure proper staffing for all shifts and sales volumes.
• Manage P&L to optimize profits and control costs (COGS, Labor, Controllables).
• Perform other duties as requested by DO.
• Oversee operation growth through staff development, sales, and profitability.
