Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor.
• College degree preferred but equivalent experience and success may be substituted for degree.
• History of dependability, longevity, and skills supervising managers, and working within a corporate structure.
• Coach and guide management staff to achieve the highest level of performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Develop and coach management teams.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate training programs for staff.
• Attend leadership and corporate meetings.
