Domino's Pizza seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager to support Restaurant Managers and oversee multiple restaurants, ensuring smooth operations, audits, and adherence to SOPs while driving sales and profitability.

You'll manage 150 staff across locations, lead teams, implement promotional plans, monitor quality and hygiene standards, and collaborate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Qualification – BSc Hotel Management/BHM/Diploma Hotel Management (3 Years)/Any Graduate/MBA/PGDBA.
• Experience – 5-10 years in QSR/Food Retail/Hospitality at managerial level.
• Age Group: 28-34 years.
• Candidate should be passionate about Domino's Pizza and willing to relocate as required.
• Profit & Loss, team management and multi‑restaurant handling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple restaurants and ensure smooth operation.
• Plan and implement LSM (Local Store Marketing) plans.
• Conduct staff meetings and maintain high motivation.
• Maintain MIS reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure profitability and maintain quality and hygiene standards.
