Job summary

The Operations Supervisor at Martin’s Restaurant Systems, Inc will oversee daily operations across assigned restaurants, drive training, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks and maintenance scheduling. The role starts with a five-week paid training program to develop leadership and operational skills.

After training, you will be assigned to a restaurant location to manage daily operations for 2–3 months, with potential progression to a permanent supervisor position based on

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• History of dependability and leadership in a corporate structure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of operational paperwork (digital inclusive).
• Learn to multi task and focus on time management to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory levels across locations to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and overstock.
• Review inventory counts, usage, and costs to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Ensure teams follow inventory, ordering, receiving and rotation procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and identify trends, opportunities and concerns.
• Partner with management to improve sales, operational execution and profitability.
• Evaluate sales relative to labor and costs for business decisions.
• Hold teams accountable for achieving sales and performance targets.
• Review store reports and coach for improvements.
• Solve operational problems as they arise and attend meetings.
• Conduct restaurant visits and follow-up on inspections.
