Job summary

Martin's Restaurant Systems, Inc. is launching a Salaried Manager Training Program designed to prepare future leaders for restaurant management.

The program begins with an approximately 5-week paid training, offering hands-on experience, leadership development, and operational training. After training, managers will be assigned to a location to oversee daily operations and finalize the salaried manager role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of restaurant operation.
• Ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant.
• Ability to organize own workload and workload of others.
• Show strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff.
• Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts.
• Enforce and maintains adherence to policies and procedures.
• Controlling cash and making deposits.
• Produces fresh, high quality food.
• Ordering and managing inventory.
• Responsible for new hire paperwork.
• Plans, organizes, prioritizes coordinates and implements daily work schedules.
• Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports.
• Maintain attendance records.
• Issue and grade skills tests.
• Maintain a clean restaurant.
• Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
