Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager in Indiana to coordinate and support operations across assigned restaurants, train and coach managers, set business goals, and drive teamwork.

You will lead shift managers, develop staffing plans, ensure compliance with standards, motivate staff to achieve sales targets, and participate in local marketing initiatives; this role offers hands-on restaurant experience and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of operational management in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Developing and maintaining staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers.
• Providing leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff in efforts to achieve sales goals with the use of provided reports highlighting opportunities.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives.
