Job summary

Sonic | Texas is hiring an Area Supervisor to oversee the operation of multiple restaurants. You will supervise restaurant management, conduct meetings, and ensure consistent execution across locations.

You will lead by example, provide coaching, perform store reviews and safety audits, analyze P&L data, and drive local marketing efforts. A college degree or 4+ years of management experience is required, with a willingness to work a 55-hour week.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong math skills; can analyze and interpret P&L data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management; conduct meetings and store visits.
• Lead and counsel Restaurant Managers in decision making.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits.
• Monitor profitability; review P&L statements and set improvement goals.
• Assist managers in local store marketing.
