Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Florida is seeking a Multi-Unit Leader to oversee operations across and train General Managers and staff to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, costs, and recruitment while implementing a regional marketing plan. A strong restaurant-management background and the ability to lead teams across locations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Experience supervising multiple units and shift leadership.
• Proven ability to recruit, interview and hire management staff.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and health regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and coach General Managers and Working Partners across multiple SONIC drive-ins.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards and store-wide goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, packaging and presentation.
• Monitor cost control for food, labor and inventory; take corrective action as needed.
• Recruit and hire management team members and approve staffing levels.
• Develop and implement regional marketing plans and improve sales trends.
