Job summary

Sonic Texas is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead the operation of multiple Sonic restaurants across Texas. You will supervise management, conduct visits, and ensure consistent standards in service, cleanliness, and operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze profit and loss data to drive improvements. A college degree or 4+ years of management experience is expected. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (evenings and weekends).
• Strong math skills, a college degree, or 4+ years of management experience.
• Can analyze and interpret P&L data and create action plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple Sonic restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management and conduct meetings/store visits.
• Counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Perform store reviews, safety audits, and cash management duties.
• Review profit and loss statements and set improvement goals.
• Assist in local store marketing initiatives.
