Job summary

Sonic | Texas is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the operation of multiple restaurants across locations. You will lead restaurant management, conduct visits, reviews, and coaching to ensure consistent, high-quality service and performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze profit and loss data to drive improvements. A 55-hour week and a dynamic fast‑paced environment are expected, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

• Can analyze and interpret profit and loss statement data and create action plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management and conduct meetings and store visits to ensure consistent operation.
• Advise and counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits to evaluate service quality, friendliness, cleanliness, and management operations.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Perform security/safety audits and cash management duties for a safe work environment.
• Collect and process daily, weekly, and period-end paperwork.
• Monitor profitability and cost control figures, review P&L with managers, and set improvement goals.
• Assist Restaurant Managers in executing local store marketing.
