Kizuki International LLC in Beaverton/Portland, OR is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant teams. You will train and coach General Managers, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across the district.

You will partner with our support center for program development, oversee budgeting and profitability, and drive growth through new openings and turnarounds while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience, including multi-unit leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and lead General Managers.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel.
• Experience supporting new openings and operational turnarounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards and guest experiences.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning.
• Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
• Lead and support new restaurant openings, stabilize underperforming locations, and share best practices.
• Partner with leadership teams to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen community presence.
• Ensure all locations comply with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations.
