Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple burger franchises with accountability for profitability, guest experience, and team development. You will coach General Managers, optimize operations, and drive sales growth across your market.

You will monitor performance, conduct field visits, and ensure brand standards while building community ties and a strong leadership bench across the district.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive management in high-volume food service.
• Weekend, holiday, and evening availability required.
• Motivational leadership style with a hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and POS platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and experience leading remote teams.
• Experience in corporate and franchise models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8–12 restaurants, driving operational excellence and team performance.
• Set the tone, elevate standards, and inspire excellence every day.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Own the P&L: optimize labor, food costs, and operations to maximize profitability.
• Drive revenue growth: monitor sales trends and implement strategies.
• Lead from the front lines: conduct regular visits and evaluate performance.
• Be a field-first operator: solve challenges on the ground and push for excellence.
• Guide managers through strategic execution and align teams with objectives.
• Champions guest feedback, analyzes reviews, and coaches underperforming locations.
• Support talent acquisition, recruit and onboard top leadership talent.
• Foster local marketing through grassroots partnerships and campaigns.
• Enforce high standards: food safety, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Review staffing and scheduling to maintain balanced teams and morale.
