Job summary

Kizuki International LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants across the Seattle metro, ensuring brand standards, guest experiences, and operational consistency.

You will coach General Managers, drive financial performance, support new openings and turnarounds, and collaborate with the support center on programs, with travel across the Seattle area including Tacoma & Lynnwood. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience with multi-unit oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and lead General Managers.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel across the Seattle Metroplex.
• Experience supporting new openings and operational turnarounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards and guest experiences.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive district-level financial performance through budgeting and cost controls.
• Lead and support new openings and store turnarounds with best practices.
• Partner with leadership on local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and food safety standards.
