Qualifications

7+ years of restaurant management experience with multi-unit leadership.
Ability to develop and lead General Managers.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Willingness to travel across the Seattle Metroplex area.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning.
Drive district performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls and profitability initiatives.
Lead openings and stabilize underperforming locations; implement best practices.
