Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an Area Director to oversee a portfolio of Greater New Orleans restaurants. You will coach General Managers, drive guest experience and financial performance, and lead leadership development across locations.

The role requires hands-on operations leadership, strategic planning, and close collaboration with support teams to meet company standards and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit restaurant leadership experience across full-service or high-volume concepts.
• Demonstrated success building and developing General Managers and leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, labor, and EBITDA management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant leaders to improve accountability and performance.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure guest experience standards are met.
• Own financial performance including sales, labor costs, and profitability across locations.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams to support growth and succession.
