Job summary

Leap Brands seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant in New Orleans. You will drive revenue, manage financial performance, and build a strong leadership team to sustain exceptional guest experiences.

You will own restaurant-level P&L, optimize labor and costs, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership on brand initiatives and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years restaurant management experience
• GM experience preferred
• Experience leading large teams
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor, food cost and controllable expenses
• Proven track record of improving sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety and labor regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, food quality and safety
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and management personnel
• Build and maintain a high-performing team and positive restaurant culture
• Drive sales and profitability while managing labor, food and operating expenses
• Own restaurant-level P&L and use financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Deliver high-quality guest experiences and address customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, labor and alcohol service regulations
• Execute marketing initiatives and support local community engagement and relationship-building
• Maintain strong operational standards across service, kitchen execution, cleanliness and presentation
• Partner with senior leadership to improve operational performance, retention and guest satisfaction
