Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Manager in Michigan to lead restaurant operations, drive financial and guest satisfaction performance, and develop a high-performing team. The GM will report to the Area Director, with eligibility for AGM status based on prior experience and Apple II training.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management and a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Exemplary restaurant operations leadership skills.
• Superior business acumen at market level.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels.
• Promotes cleanliness and sanitation to standard.
• Develops goals and action plans for personal/professional growth.
• Conducts weekly management meetings and quarterly employee meetings.
