Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Warwick, RI to drive financial and operational performance, empower the store team, and deliver excellent customer service. You will own P&L, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance while promoting a positive restaurant culture in line with brand standards.

You will recruit and train shifting leaders, manage vendor relationships, and partner with district leadership to grow sales and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing restaurant staff and operations.
• ServSafe Certified or equivalent food safety certification.
• Strong financial and P&L management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop shift leaders and team members.
