T’s Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Rhode Island to lead the entire location, directing front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, and ensuring top guest experiences. You will manage the restaurant team, drive safety and quality, and implement company standards while controlling costs and staffing.

This is a hands‑on, senior leadership role with strong emphasis on guest delight and team growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, and hourly team members.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, food safety, and labor management.
• Ability to recruit, coach, train, and manage performance with accountability.
• Solid business judgment and ability to analyze sales, costs, and trends.
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting tools.
• Food Safety Manager, Alcohol Service, and First Aid certifications required or obtainable.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background check.
