Workstream is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance of Restaurant Management Teams in Jesup, Georgia. You will be accountable for ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of restaurant experience, including management roles, and possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience, with strong emphasis on multi-unit management.
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting and P & L management.
• Experience in training and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Team Members deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate restaurant standards and provide feedback.
• Train and develop General Managers and GMITs.

Skills

Education

7-10 years previous restaurant experience
