• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations and ensure brand standards and procedures are followed.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Monitor budget, inventory, and labor costs; implement cost-control measures.
• Provide coaching and feedback on sales, marketing, and costs.
• Lead team meetings and communicate operational information.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work environment per guidelines.
• Support seasonal forecasting and sales goals with action plans.
• Implement tools and systems for new products, processes, and procedures.
