Nbutexas in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and grow its multi-unit restaurant operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality leader to make a measurable impact, elevate brand standards, and develop into district or regional leadership.

You will oversee daily operations, coach leaders, manage P&L, drive sales, control costs, and ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant teams
• Demonstrated P&L management expertise and a strong grasp on financial performance metrics
• Successful track record of team development and hands-on leadership
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support multiple locations within the region

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant leaders and team members to ensure excellence at every level
• Oversee daily operations, upholding hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Manage P&L, drive sales, control costs, and analyze financial performance to identify improvements
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Partner with culinary and senior leadership to maintain food quality and support new initiatives
• Mentor emerging leaders and build bench strength for future company growth
